Our UX Research course is designed to give you the basic skills and principles of user experience research methods and data analysis processes. You’ll gain practical insights into current industry practices and along the way you’ll pick up any number of industry insider tips and some great advice from an industry expert. At the end of the course you’ll have a UX research project you can add to your portfolio and some new industry connections.

About the Mentor
Luke is passionate about helping people add soul to functional interfaces – adding that critical element of meaning and purpose – by providing design and business teams with insights about audience needs and behaviour.
With over 14 years experience, Luke's knowledge spans many areas of the industry including system administration, web development and user interface design all the way through to communications management, information architecture and digital strategy. His earlier background in cinematography and film production has helped him hone visual thinking and storytelling skills so that he's equally comfortable discussing strategic needs with management and stakeholders as facilitating creative processes and technical implementation with designers and developers.
As an advocate for usability & accessibility and an evangelist of user-centred design practices, Luke delivers an objective voice within highly interdisciplinary and collaborative design and development teams.
